As i await my first B-school interview, my reading practice, which had been out for quite some time is back. Mysteries that have intrigued me since i read The Da Vinci Code compelled me to buy The Holy Blood and Holy Grail, after my LIBA classes last weekend. It doesn't look to be a non-fiction at all!! Surprisingly it moves faster than many fiction novels i have read so far. Am done with close to 100 pages and eagerly await each page to come. A background of the Biblical characters and stories would have been an added advantage in reading such books!
But there is one book that has set my idle brain to work after so long. Scott Adams' Gods Debris is a wonderful book and the book sets you thinking right from the preface (an interesting one). Though i should say, the book meanders to a more 'The monk who sold his ferrari' style towards the end. But that doesn't take credit away from the author. And it is also reported to be the largest downloaded e-book. A book that I shall continue to cherish for quite some time!
